03 Account Registration
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ph968. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or household — are strictly prohibited. ph968 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Ownership: Your ph968 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
- Mobile Number Verification: ph968 requires verification of your Philippine mobile number via one-time password (OTP) during registration. Your mobile number serves as a primary identifier and security contact for your account.
- Account Currency: All ph968 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and wagers are processed in PHP.
04 Account Security
- Password Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph968 Login credentials, including your username and password. ph968 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

05 Deposits & Payments

- Unclaimed Balances: Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
07 Bonuses & Promotions

- Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. - Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph968's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Consequential Damages: ph968 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the ph968 platform.
- Force Majeure: ph968 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
13 Account Suspension & Termination
- ph968's Right to Suspend: ph968 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph968 reasonably believes that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
- Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your ph968 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, your license to use the ph968 platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 11, 12, and 15 — shall continue to apply.

- Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or resolved through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.
